OVERVIEW

Everyday, motorists around the world are circling crowded parking lots and streets looking for an open spot, wasting valuable time and fuel. PAZE is a next-generation parking solution that provides real-time parking availability information to motorists so they can plan their commute ahead of time

PAZE determines occupancy using machine vision and machine learning technologies by parsing live streams of data from security cameras installed in parking assets. Other sources of data are Paze app users, other parking management companies, and AI predictive models. This occupancy information is then presented real-time to commuters through PAZE parking guidance app.

WASTAGE OF TIME

A lot of time wasted in looking for an open space to park in a parking lot or street

Usually drivers do not know where to park, they hope to find a parking space by just driving around

LIMITED PAYMENT OPTIONS

Mostly cash is collected, or drivers are asked to go to a kiosk to use their card. Phone payment is not universal yet.

NO STATISTICAL DATA

Lack of statistical parking data is a problem for governments  in planing the expansion of cities

Availability of real-time parking data is no more a luxury, but a real need of the time for motorists and autonomous vehicles.
As the number of vehicles on the street is only going to increase day by day, and with the same downtown parking infrastructure, real-time parking information will play a huge role in city planning, autonomous vehicle manufacturing, driver psychology, and the entire economics of the businesses located in busy areas of the city
